Having lived in the UK for many years, we can appreciate the importance of second hand shops, as they are very common in most towns and cities. We feel that the business has huge potential in the area, as second hand clothing shops are not a common thing, and so AKA Fashion would not have a lot of competition to worry about. Cadiz residents are becoming more environmentally conscious, and are seeking more affordable clothing, therefore Cadiz is a great option for the business. This makes us think that there is definitely a market for second hand shops in the city. As mentioned before, the current economic climate means that people have less money to spend on new clothes, or are looking to sell their clothes for a bit of cash. There are many students in Cadiz, who are known to be frugal, as most students are unemployed, which would make them a great target market, together with any other people who are hoping to save money, and look after the environment.
